A 6-step NDIS journey
A guided journey in six steps — Connect, Map, Match, Build, Grow, Reflect — that turns NDIS goals into real independence, friendships and life skills, with a consistent squad and around twelve weeks of hands-on support.
The idea
It's a guided six-step journey, not a one-off service. We get to know your Mate, map their goals and match the right squad — then build momentum, grow skills and reflect on progress across roughly twelve weeks of hands-on support.
The result isn't just hours filled — it's genuine, lasting progress in confidence, independence and connection.

Six steps from first hello to what's next: Connect · Map · Match · Build · Grow · Reflect.
Connect
First, we get to know your Mate — their goals, personality, support needs, interests and what a good life looks like for them.
Map
Together, we turn NDIS goals into a simple roadmap with clear priorities and real-world skills to work on — cooking, budgeting, transport, social confidence and more.
Match
We carefully match each Mate with a small, consistent team of support workers who suit their personality, goals and support needs — never just who's on the roster.
Build
Weeks 1–6
Once support begins, we focus on quick wins — building trust, getting into routine, attending activities and practising everyday skills.
Grow
Weeks 7–10
As confidence grows, we gently stretch the goals — more independence, more community connection and more chances to practise skills in real life.
Reflect
Weeks 11–12
At the end of the journey, we review what changed, celebrate the wins and create a clear next-step plan — whether that means continuing, adjusting or trying something new.
Every part of the program is designed to help each Mate reach what they set out to achieve.
Personal, meaningful goals set together up front — the heart of the whole journey.
Every win logged against your goals — from catching the bus to cooking a meal.
The same familiar faces each week, all focused on helping you reach what you're working towards.
Weekly outings, workshops and life-skills sessions that turn goals into everyday abilities.
Regular check-ins so families and coordinators can see each goal being reached.
A clear record of the goals you've achieved — and the next ones to aim for.
It's about building skills, confidence and community — not just filling hours. Let's see if it's the right fit.
