Our six-step journey turns NDIS goals into real life — first we get to know your Mate, map their goals and match the right squad, then build momentum together over twelve weeks of hands-on support.
We're a registered NDIS provider based on the Gold Coast, delivering social, community and daily-living support. Our supports are typically funded through a participant's NDIS plan — usually under Core Supports and Capacity Building — depending on their goals, funding and how the plan is managed. Everyday personal costs, like activity entry fees or meals on an outing, sit outside the NDIS — and we always flag them upfront so there are no surprises. We're small by design. While big providers rotate workers constantly, our Squad Model pairs your Mate with a consistent, tight-knit crew — the same familiar faces every week. It's genuine community, not just managed care.
Through our Squad Model, your Mate is paired with one or two consistent support workers who actually know them — plus a group of like-minded Mates to grow alongside. No rotating roster of strangers.
