The idea comes from family: our founder Sebastian grew up alongside his auntie, who has Down syndrome, and saw firsthand what the right support makes possible. That's the heart of everything we do.

Our six-step journey turns NDIS goals into real life — first we get to know your Mate, map their goals and match the right squad, then build momentum together over twelve weeks of hands-on support.
We're a registered NDIS provider based on the Gold Coast, delivering social, community and daily-living support. Everything we do is funded under your NDIS plan — Core Supports and Capacity Building — so there are no out-of-pocket costs for eligible participants.
We're small by design. While big providers rotate workers constantly, our Squad Model pairs your Mate with a consistent, tight-knit crew — the same familiar faces every week. It's genuine community, not just managed care.
Through our Squad Model, your Mate is paired with one or two consistent support workers who actually know them — plus a group of like-minded Mates to grow alongside. No rotating roster of strangers.
